Scrapbooking @ Circle Of Crafters
Start with a piece of 12" X 12" black cardstock for your background. Choose the free printables you would like to use for your layout and print them onto white cardstock. Cut out the pieces and arrange them to your liking.
For the orange picture frames, shown above, you will be cutting the printables in strips(look closely and you will see the black seam line to cut along) and arranging the strips around the photos. So, you can use any size photos for this project.
Included with these free Halloween printables are extra frames and journaling paper.
